Wonder Woman would win. Black Widow is badass, but she's only human.
What would you do with 1,000,000,000 € (as precise as possible)?
I would get a nice apartment with a big workshop for tinkering and hire a patent attorney. For wardrobe, I'd acquire a suit in each color of wool, velvet and corduroy, plus linen summer suits. A helicopter license would be nice, too. I'll put on the rest.
